Singer Miguel’s health journey started with a little bit of stage fright—or somewhat, the fright of touring and sharing the stage with Trey Songz. “This dude’s at all times been tremendous match,” says Miguel. “I used to be decided to not seem like the scrawny dude on tour.” So decided, the truth is, he spent six months prepping for his on stage physique.
